4 Tips For Looking More Intelligent
Regardless of your actual IQ score, you can make others believe that you are highly intellectual and here are four simple ways to do it.
Prevention Magazine, a popular health and lifestyle magazine in the US, published a report on what it calls the Ice Cream Diet. That's right—a diet requiring you to eat ice cream. But don't get the idea that you're allowed to polish off an entire pint of triple chocolate fudge. Like all nutritious diets, it's about eating the right foods and keeping track of portion sizes and calorie intake.
The diet plan proposed by the Ice Cream Diet allows a daily calorie intake of 1,500 calories (for women; 1,800 for men). Meals include roast beef sandwiches, lentil soup, and even healthy options for dining out. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are allotted between 300-390 calories each, and there's also room for a 160-calorie snack, such as a piece of fruit and milk. Fruits, vegetables, and other fiber-rich foods make up most of the menu. The remaining allowable calories make room for a serving of ice cream per day.
But why ice cream, and not just any dessert? For one, ice cream is a universally loved treat—you'd be hard pressed to find someone who does not enjoy ice cream. But more importantly, ice cream, made out of milk and cream, contains calcium—a nutrient shown to encourage weight loss.
